Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights to final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated. Endvor retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless restricted by contract.

Limitation of Liability

• Endvor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Termination

• Either party may terminate services in writing. Payment obligations for completed work remain applicable.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
