REFUND&RETURNPOLICY
At endvor, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services and ensure client satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital and customized services, refunds are subject to the conditions below.
Before Work Begins
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund may be issued.
After Work Begins
If work has already begun, refunds are:
- Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Calculated based on completed work, time invested, and resources used
Partial refunds may be offered where appropriate.
After Final Delivery
Once final deliverables are approved and shared, no refunds will be issued, as the services are custom and non-returnable.
Delays or Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied, you must contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue through revisions, corrections, or support.

Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact Endvor directly before initiating disputes through payment providers.
